so i fell ill today. with the supposed viral stomach flu thingy that's going around, and it sucks. i woke up at 6am feeling sick and i puked. the culprit was last night's grapes, don't ask me why. i guess i didn't chew well enough. i've had this before and that time one puke was the cure but no, not today. so i went to see the doc who gave me medicine which i took immediately, and about 5 mins later, i puked again. ... so i had to have an injection. .... actually they're not so bad, and at least now i feel better but mr. stomach flu, i hope never to have to see you again.

do not watch doa (even though it actually passed the newspaper review when i think it should've gotten 1 star and ding thinks it should've gotten negative) unless you wish to numb your brain and waste your money.

nuff said.

we got into the finals and i must say we are quite lucky. i mean my shot hit soon yoong then the bar and it went in (woohoo) but it could have gone anywhere else. so that's fortunate. 3R are our opponents are and they are playing pro-ly but i have faith 3P will win! it's been such a protracted interclass tournament this year and we have to wait till tuesday to play the finals. not that i'm complaining that tmr and monday are holidays... yay.

we got the sciences and math and ss back today and i am unsatisfied!!! only happy about my chem (which was threatening to be scary because when i got it back the paper read 35/55 [??!!] but i couldn't believe it so i counted and it turned out that mr. koh had left out 8 marks!). long bracket. yes phew so i did relatively well for chem and i guess bio but physics. physics.

ss was fine and oh yes math was quite heartening cos my math has been pretty rubbish this year even though i do study but carelessness never fails to creep in. buuuuutttt i managed to steer clear of too many careless mistakes this time yay! however it's painful cos my math is still 69... just one mark away from a 3.6. GRR. same story for physics. GRR. and then i think i've got the french 79 curse this year (that struck jerome last year). GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

well i really have to practice harder next year. please remind me to!

ooh we got into the semis! today we played 3D and after several controversial decisions, we drew 0-0 only to have more drama in the penalty shootout (cruel way to settle a match). i scored mine thank God my first ever successful competitive penalty and they scored too. tom then scored his penalty (very nicely) but there were complaints that the ref hadn't blown his whistle, which i have to say is right. so anyway he retook it and missed, but we still won in the end! yay! now it's 3 gep classes and 1 express class in the semis... heheheh. sadly jerome's class lost (on penalties) or it would have been gep dominance.

however i'm feeling sad now because tmr we're getting back our papers and i really mucked physics up... marred my whole ct-period which was otherwise decent. and we have to play the semis during recess... hope i'm not too demoralised

interclass soccer really did take place yesterday, but we didn't do too well. actually in the first game we were on fire and passing really nicely so we won 2-0 thanks to a speculative shot from me (which the goalie really should have saved) and a great header from ding who despite being 163 (heheh) jumped soooo high that he momentarily became taller than everyone! yay! then we drew the next game and finally lost to 3M, our long-time rivals! never mind we qualified by the hair of our chinny-chin-chins and i'm confident we will meet 3M again. fun.

ok death note is a nice show if you want to confuse yourself and have a good laugh at weird japanese storylines at the same time. it was nice for the first half and then it got complicated and too cheem for itself. not really a waste of money though.

wow apparently interclass soccer is on monday which is really fast!!! i just hope i make use of time well during this period of time. exams were ok except for physics and i thank God for the year he has given me.

today's chinese test contained a jay chou song! i was pleasantly surprised when i saw it but... it's one of the few songs i don't listen to although i've heard it before.

ok... hours of math practice has left me like a bear(ing) with a sore eye, as dead as a log(arithm), and feeling er... linear?
